Sierra Wireless AirCard 881 was the first laptop connect card that was introduced by AT&T. This EDGE card has actually two technologies, the HSPDA 7.2 and the HSUPA. The HSPDA 7.2 is meant to speed up downstream while HSUPA should double the upstream of co-existing cards with speeds of 384 Kbps under AT&T’s system.
